How Do I Place / Confirm An Order ? 

For Diamonds : 

Select your preferred piece from our Catalog , on the item detail page click on “Buy Now” icon , in the next open slide page you can check the item details you like to place an order for with its pricing details , the Final Total will be the total of Product Price and Shipment Price , after checking the Order’s Detail , click on “Proceed To Checkout” . After reaching to the Next Step , Fill-Up all the required details asked and confirm the Payment through Your Preferred Service . After payment confirmation Its All Done ! 

For Jewelry : 

Select your Preferred Jewelry Piece from our “Fine Jewelry” Category , after coming to the Item Detail Page Select your Preferred Materiel [Gold/Silver/Rhodium] From the drop down menu of “Material” , and also Select your “Ring Size” from the drop down menu of “Ring Size” . After selecting the required asked options , proceed to “Buy Now” , a page will open with the Summary of Details that you confirmed before proceeding to order on the Item Detail Page , after checking the Details click on “Proceed To Order “. After reaching to the Next Step , Fill-Up all the required details asked and confirm the Payment through Your Preferred Service . Your Jewelry Order is Confirm . Please Note - For Ring Order the Details will be asked is for Materiel & Ring Size . For Pendant & Earring only Materiel Details will be asked , but in some Designs we do need your Preferred Diamond Size . 

Will I Get Order Confirmation Notification ?

After confirming/completing order and payments , a “Green Dialogue Box” will appear on the Screen with a Right Tick Symbol . On that “Green Dialogue Box” click on “Back To Order Page” , your Order Page will get open with all your Order Details , you’ll also be able to view your Past Orders History on this Page in your Registered Account . An E-Mail will be sent to Buyer’s E-Mail Inbox , the Mail will be an acknowledgement Mail about Order Confirmation , the mail will contain your Order ID , Shipment Address , Contact Details [Contact Number + E-Mail] , your Ordered Item Details , Payment Details , etc . The Mail will get sent to Registered Mail ID . 

What Happens With My Order After I Complete Order Procedures And Payment ? [Direct / Custom Orders] Both 

We usually take 1 – 2 Days For Completing Shipment For Direct Orders . Melee Diamond Orders also gets Shipped in 2 – 3 Days if Quality Pieces and Enough Stocks stays available . Sometimes we take 5 – 7 Days for completing Shipment of Melee Diamond Bulk Orders . Custom Cut – Shape – Shade Diamonds can get shipped in 5 – 7 Days Too . For Jewelry we take 8 – 12 Days for completing Shipment , but in 925 Sterling Silver Jewelries we might can take 12 – 15 for completing Shipment . After Shipment we take 24 – 48 Hrs for updating Tracking Details to Buyer or In Order .

Difference Between Custom Order And Direct Order ? 

Custom Order : 

In this kind of Orders everything we’ll do or make will be fully 100% get controlled by the Buyer . Even if its Diamond either Jewelry whatever we implement in this project / product will be under the Permission of Buyer . 

Direct Order : 

In this kind of Orders , when a Buyer make a Direct order from the site of already available Items will comes in this category . The items / products that are already available in the site by us and items / products that are Ready To Ship kind of things .

EMS : Takes 8 – 12 Days For Completing Delivery | Works Worldwide . 

Registered Mail Service : Takes Different Estimate Time Frame In Different Continents | Works Worldwide .

- Express Shipment and LP Service are chargeable services . 

- Registered Mail is a Free Service . 

- Express Shipment charges are Different for Some Selected Locations . 

Issues Related To Shipment Services ? 

- If any kind of Delay in shipment get made by us or Our Team , one of our Team Member will contact Buyer ASAP with the reason and apology message . 

- After Shipment and Updating Tracking Details , any kind of Delay is not Our [Seller] Responsibility .

Yes , we do provide Legal Export Service if client wish to have it . All the procedures will get discuss on Direct Message Discussion . Payment in Legal Exports can only be done in Direct Bank Transfer . Parcel will get Ship Legally with all its actual invoice and legal documentations . Parcel Ship through Legal Exports are fully Insured .

03. SOLUTIONS OF ISSUES AFTER GETTING DELIVERY

Can I Return My Ordered Products , if yes what’s the procedure ? 

Direct Orders can we Return in the 7 Days of Delivery Completion . With some valid reasons only . The Returning Expense will be fully Buyer’s responsibility . Making shipment perfectly sealed like the way we ship with a Trustable Shipment Service . Buyer’s have to share us Tracking Details Directly through message . Buyer have to compulsory discuss the issue with us about the Product , and can only make the Return Package when Seller and Buyer both comes to an conclusion that Return is the Final Decision . If any Buyer make the Return Shipment without any notice then we as a Seller are not responsible for any loss and will not responsible for any Quality Revert . Make Sure Returned Shipment gets Deliver safely will be Buyer’s Responsibility not Seller’s . Important Note : Custom Orders Cannot be Return , Not Diamond Neither Jewelry because Custom Orders are fully comes in controlled by Buyers directly .

Is Minimal Carbon offer Exchange Service ? 

Yes , we do provide exchange service . If you got the Delivery of an Order that you Ordered previously you have to ship that back to us first and also under the Time-Frame of 7 Days Delivery Completion . Once we get the Delivery Safely , we’ll exchange and ship back the another piece that Buyer will chose for Exchange . If the Exchanging Item is more priced or expensive than the Ordered Amount Payment , then Buyer’s have to pay the rest amount or the Difference Amount Before we make the Shipment for Exchanging Item , without the Difference amount Paying Confirmation we cannot make the Exchanged Item Shipment to Buyer . Important Note : Custom Orders Cannot be Exchanged , Not Diamond Neither Jewelry because Custom Orders are fully comes in controlled by Buyers directly .

Will I Get The Refund For A Returned Order ? 

Yes, you will get the Refund for an Order that you checked and Returned in the 7 Days of Delivery Completion time frame . Buyer will only get the Refund if we get the Package Returned Delivered to us safely and in the same condition as it was when we shipped it without any defects on it . Return Package Tracking Number that Buyer share us on the Day of Shipment , have to show “Delivered To Receiver” in the Tracking Updates without that update Refund cannot be done . Refund amount will be only the Net Amount that we’ll get in Transaction and we also minus Shipment Charge from Net amount before making Refund . Transaction Fees , any kind of Taxes and Shipment Charges will not be part of Refund Amount . 

04. EDUCATIONAL

Do Minimal Carbon Provides Certification On Their Items / Products ? 

- Certification On Lab Grown Diamonds : Yes [Only If Customer Asks And Pays For It]

- Certification On Jewelry : No / Yes [Only If Customer Asks And Pays For It] 

- Certification On Natural Loose Diamonds : No 

- Certification On Gemstones : No 

As of now we do not have started Direct Certification Services for anyone or any client . We do not add Certification or any Official Diamond Invoice in the Parcel Package because of Custom’s Checking Issues . One of the Main Reason is its pricing , many of our Buyer requests if they can have the Certification for the Products they Buy / Purchase but after sharing them pricing Details they all end up by not having it .

Still The Fact is that we do able to provide Certification Of Trusted Labs , if Clients able to Pay for Certification while Placing the Items Order . We ship Certification Parcel Separately in Different Package as a Documentation Envelope so the Customs Department cannot make any issues for any kind of Taxes or Penalties with the Item Package Shipment . e.i. Diamond will get ship first and then after reaching to a certain specific point , we’ll ship Certification Envelope . We share Tracking Details for both Parcels to the Buyer And In Order .
