01. Orders
How Do I Place / Confirm An Order?
For Diamonds:
Select your preferred piece from our catalog, click "Buy Now," check item and pricing, and proceed to checkout. Fill in all details and confirm payment. Done!

For Jewelry:
Choose your piece from "Fine Jewelry," select material (Gold/Silver/Rhodium) and ring size, click "Buy Now," verify order, and proceed to payment. Rings require both size and material; pendants and earrings require only material (some designs may also ask for preferred diamond size).
Will I Get Order Confirmation Notification?
Yes, after payment a green dialogue box will appear on-screen. You’ll be redirected to your order page, and also receive a confirmation email with order ID, shipping info, contact details, and item summary.
What Happens After Completing Order Procedures and Payment?
Direct orders ship within 1–2 days. Melee diamonds ship in 2–3 days (if in stock), 5–7 days for bulk/custom. Jewelry ships in 8–12 days (Sterling silver up to 15 days). Tracking is updated within 24–48 hours post-shipping.
What’s the Custom Order Process?
Contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, phone, or the Assist icon on our website. We'll discuss everything openly and confirm all requirements directly with you.
Difference Between Custom and Direct Orders?
Custom Orders: Fully controlled by the buyer. Every detail and component is approved by the customer.

Direct Orders: These are for ready-to-ship items already listed on our site.

Do You Offer Bulk Order Discounts?

02. Shipment
What Shipment Services Are Available?
Express: 5–8 days worldwide
LP Service: 12–15 days (selected countries)
EMS: 8–12 days
Registered Mail: Variable by region (Free Service)

Express and LP services are chargeable. Delivery time may vary based on location and service.
What If Shipment Gets Delayed?
If delays occur before shipment, our team will notify you. Delays after dispatch are out of our control. Possible reasons: customs clearance, wrong address, flight delays, or weather conditions.
Do You Offer Legal Export Services?
Yes. Full invoice and legal documentation are provided. Legal exports require bank transfers and are fully insured.
03. After Delivery
Can I Return My Order?
Returns for direct orders accepted within 7 days of delivery (with valid reason and prior discussion). Buyer must pay return shipping. Custom orders are non-returnable.
Do You Offer Exchange Services?
Yes. Return the original item within 7 days, and we’ll exchange it after safe delivery. Price differences must be settled before shipping the new item. Custom orders cannot be exchanged.
Will I Receive a Refund for Returned Items?
Yes, if the item is returned in original condition. Tracking must show "Delivered." Refund excludes shipping, tax, and transaction fees.

Do You Provide Certification?
Lab Grown Diamonds: Yes (on request and paid)
Jewelry: Yes (on request and paid)
Natural Loose Diamonds & Gemstones: No

We ship certificates separately to avoid customs issues. Certification is available from trusted labs like GIA, IGI, HRD, AGS, GSI, SGL, AHL, EGL.
