Express Shipment: Takes 5 – 8 Days For Completing Delivery | Works Worldwide.
EMS: Takes 8 – 12 Days to Complete Delivery | Works Worldwide.
Registered Mail Service: Takes a Different Estimated Time Frame In Different Continents | Works Worldwide.
USPS MAIL: Takes 10 - 12 Days For Completing Delivery | Works Only In The United States.
LP Service: Takes 12 – 15 Days to Complete Delivery | Works in Selected Countries.
For Domestic Shipments :
Registered Mail Service: Takes 3 - 5 Days to Complete Delivery
Important Note :
Express Shipment, USPS MAIL and LP Service are chargeable services.
Registered Mail is a Free Service.
Express Shipment charges are Different for Some Selected Locations.
Custom orders take More Days For Completing than Direct Orders.
We take 1 to 2 Business Day For Handling and completing the shipping process.
Issues Related To Shipment Services?
If any kind of Delay in shipment is made by us or Our Team, one of our team members will contact the buyer ASAP with the reason and apology message.
After Shipment and Updating Tracking Details, any kind of Delay is not our [Seller ]'s responsibility.
The mentioned estimated delivery time frames are not confirmed or fixed. Delivery can might get Delay in some unforeseen reasons.
Some of the reasons are mentioned below –

Absence of the receiver while attempting Delivery.

Late reply and response to “Customs Checking Department” for any kind of confirmation by the receiver.

Delay Or Change in Flight Schedules.

Hold By Customs Department.

Wrong Updated - Address, Pin-Code / Zip-Code, Contact Details By Receiver while placing Order in site.

Weather Change Or Any Emergency Pandemic Period.
Delivery time depends on the location of the Buyer. We can only provide an estimated delivery time after we've shipped the Parcel. After dispatching, Delivery is NOT in our control, and it totally depends on the weather, postal services or other factors.
Please, Leave Your Contact No. with your order or Message, Without Contact, no Package can be shipped. In this case Buyer is responsible for the Delay of shipping.
We are not responsible for delays due to the Customs Department Hold.
Custom Duties/Charges is Buyer's responsibility. The Buyer cannot request to Cancel Order / Refund / Return & Exchange Parcel for Custom Duties/Charges.
Does Minimal Carbon Do Legal Export?
Yes, we do provide Legal Export Service if the client wishes to have it. All the procedures will be discussed on the Direct Message Discussion. Payment in Legal Exports can only be done in Direct Bank Transfer. Parcel will get shipped legally with all its actual invoices and legal documentation. Parcel Ship through Legal Exports are fully insured.
Return For Refund Policy?
Request for Return can be made within 7 Days Of Completing Delivery. After 7 Days, we DO NOT Accept Any Return / EXCHANGE REQUEST.
Return For Refund Process: Return Parcel - Cost / Expense is Buyer's Responsibility. Buyer has to ship the Package exactly the way we Packed And Shipped. The buyer has to share our Shipment Tracking Number after Shipment Done. Refund will be completed in 24 - 48 hrs. after completing the delivery of the parcel on Tracking. Refund Amount will be The Net Amount that we get from the buyer's Order to our Bank.
Return And Refund are not possible for Custom Orders of Diamond And Jewelry Both. Any Order through Custom Request, or Orders Fully Instructed by the buyer's Description will not be part of Return & Refund.
It's Not Our Responsibility If the Buyer Did Not Go Through Our Policies Before Making a Purchase. Any Issues/Complaints that go against these policies will not be entertained.
