Returns

You may return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

•  Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

•  Items must be returned with all original packaging, certificates, and tags intact.

•  Custom-made, engraved, or personalized pieces are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

•  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

We also offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery:

•  Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid).

•  The item must be in original, unworn condition with packaging and certificates.

•  Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
