That’s why we custom-adjust each CAD design to ensure a seamless fit, exceptional balance, and perfect proportion—highlighting the individuality of your diamond while staying true to your vision.
Once your design is finalized in CAD, the magic begins. Casting is where your digital model transforms into a tangible piece. Using the lost-wax casting method, we create a precise mold of your design and pour molten metal into it whether it’s gold, silver, or platinum
This stage is all about precision and strength. Every curve, prong, and angle from the CAD model is captured in metal, laying the foundation for a durable and beautifully crafted piece. From digital design to solid form, casting is where your custom jewelry truly starts to take shape.
After the wax model is cast into metal, it goes through a pre-polishing stage to refine the piece and remove any rough edges. Each gemstone is then carefully set by hand, ensuring precision, beauty, and long-lasting quality. Once all stones are securely placed, we move on to the final finishing steps—bringing the design to life with shine, detail, and perfection.
This final stage seals the promise of quality. The piece undergoes one more round of expert polishing to ensure it shines brilliantly. Every surface is inspected, and each stone is checked to ensure it’s securely set. At Minimal Carbon, we believe in delivering only flawless craftsmanship—because we don’t settle for anything less than perfect, and neither should you. Only jewelry that meets our standards is approved for shipment.

Carefully placed in secure, elegant packaging, your jewelry is labelled and dispatched to your doorstep—typically within one week.
